Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy from the time the order is received. We will exchange or refund any defective products (you will need to mail and return any defective products to receive credit). If we test the products are find that they are not defective you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  

We are NOT responsible for ANY packages or orders once they leave our hands and enter the hands of the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FED EX). Which means, once you are provided a tracking number the package is with the shipping carrier and we no longer have any control over what happens at that point. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

We are not responsible for packages arriving late, damaged, or lost. We include $50.00 in free insurance on all priority shipping and $100.00 on all express orders. If you would like to purchase additional insurance over the amounts listed above, please call us to receive a quote. 

Our main shipping carrier is USPS, if you would like us to ship your order FED EX or UPS, please call us to receive a quote. Fed Ex and UPS are usually 2-3 times more expensive than USPS. 

Overnight Shipping - express mail is not guaranteed to be overnight delivery in all cities. Please call us to verify whether you are in a 1 day or 2 day express zone before placing your order.
